DIGITAL PRODUCTS

All e-books, audiobooks, and other digital products are non-refundable once delivered.

Refunds for digital products may only be considered under the following circumstances:
– You were charged more than once for the same product  
– A refund is required by applicable law  

PHYSICAL PRODUCTS

We accept returns on physical products within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:
– The item must be unused  
– In its original condition  
– In its original packaging  

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number.

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
