Digital Products

All ebook, audiobook, and other digital product purchases are delivered electronically and are considered final upon delivery.

Because digital products cannot be returned, we do not generally offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once a digital product has been delivered or accessed.

Exceptions

Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:

• You were charged more than once for the same product.
• You purchased the same product multiple times by mistake.
• You experience a technical issue that prevents access to the product and we are unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable time.
• A refund is required by applicable law.
